- Drag them into order, or move them with the up and down arrows.

- What the merged PDF keeps The merged PDF keeps the pages, links, bookmarks, form fields, layers and attachments. Tags for screen readers and page labels are not kept, and a digital signature in a file no longer verifies.
Questions
How do I combine PDF files into one?
Drop the PDFs on Merge PDF, put them in the order you want and press Merge PDFs: you download one PDF with all their pages. It runs in your browser, free, with no account.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
From two up to 50 files, and 2,000 pages, in one run.
Can I merge a PDF that has a password?
A PDF that is only locked against changes or copying, like many bank statements and forms, merges as usual. One that asks for a password to open does not yet: it is named before anything is joined, so take the password off in the program that made it, then merge it.
Is Minda Files free?
Yes. Every tool and the editor are free, with no account needed. Signed out, files open up to 10 MB; signed in on the free plan, up to 50 MB; the Files plan and Pro open files up to 256 MB.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tools and the editor run online in your browser; your file is not sent to a server. Only Ask AI sends what you ask, and the text of the file it needs, to Minda AI.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Minda Files works in your web browser: open the page, drop a file and it opens there.
