Questions
What do I get with the Files plan?
Files up to 256 MB in every tool and the editor (50 MB on Free), 700 Minda AI credits a month for Ask AI and Picture AI (100 on Free) and 60 free everyday replies a day (30 on Free). Every tool and the editor are on every plan, Free included.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Files and Pro start with 7 days free on a first subscription, with no card needed; a trial that ends without a card simply stops. Max has no trial.
What are Minda AI credits?
Credits pay for Ask AI beside your file and for Picture AI, by what each request uses. Every plan gets them each month: 100 on Free, 700 on Files, 2,000 on Pro and 6,000 on Max. Short questions to the everyday models are free up to the day's everyday replies, and packs of more credits never expire.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Minda Files never uploads your files, and what you made stays yours. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends; after that, files over 50 MB need a paid plan to open.
